Our "Organic" line is dedicated to those who are attentive to the environment and their health.
These oils are made with olives not treated with the use of chemical agents, to offer a genuine and natural product, just as mother nature offers us.
Our organic line is produced exclusively from the Ogliarola Garganica cultivar, typical of our land, which gives a rich and distinctive flavour.
The oil has a slightly bitter and peppery note that blends perfectly with the delicacy of this variety, also leaving room for the notes of tomato and artichoke released by the presence of Coratina olives.
